Minnie Mouse

I was asked to do Minnie Mouse cupcakes for a little girl Isabella who was turning one....
Her mother gave me the book where she was ordering her decorations so I could go off that..And I made all of the Minnie's and bows out of chocolate....
Minnie Mouse is best known for her large pink bow so I made separate bows for some cupcakes.....

Robin & Rick

Friends of mine ,Robin and Rick, asked me to make their wedding cake... a cupcake cake... Their colors were pink and brown , flavors were filled cupcake for the top cake, and chocolate cherry and pink vanilla for the cupcakes.

I used 3 different kinds of leafs to get the imprint of them out of chocolate... The entire cupcake is edible...

Pudding Please??

These are one of my favorites..... pudding pleasers.... its like a chocolate cookie/brownie with a piece of melted chocolate on top... thats a whole lot a chocolate if you ask me... Oh wait... is there such thing as too much chocolate ?? I dont think so

Just peachy.....

These are the irresistible peach cookies that my mother was know for... I have never found cookies like these and I was blessed to get the secret recipe. They take 2 days to make and are so worth the work... They are just heaven in your mouth... the outside and the inside... trust me once you eat one ,you'll eat as many as you can get your hands on... I made 8 dozen of them.. 5 for a wedding and the other 3 are gone already.... time to make more :)

Golf anyone??

Joyce asked me if I could make a cake for her husband David for his birthday... He belongs to the Windber Country Club and wanted the emblem for it and anything else that I could do that dealt with golf... I did a reverse image of the WCC image and piped it with chocolate...

I found a golf ball mold which made this part very easy ......

I hand piped the golf clubs and the bag and painted the shaft part with silver dust to make it look more realistic ...

Noah's Ark Cookies

Judy was having a baby shower for her daughter-in-law Allison and ask me if I could make Noah's Ark cookies for the door prizes... She gave me cookie cutters she had and a favor to get a idea off of for the colors... there is the Ark that was the largest cookie in the back.. A dove, giraffe, elephant, dog, pig, lion and Noah.. They were a sugar cookie with tinted royal icing...

We packaged them in between two clear plastic plates with hot glue and then a ribbon on top ...

Monkey see monkey do ....

Heather asked me if i could make cupcakes for her little boy Dane.. this was Dane's very own smash cake
She ordered the plates and thats what I based my idea on.. Monkeys and circles...
I got the monkey idea from one of my hellocupcake books... It was fun to watch them come to life as you added each piece of candy , cereal, or icing...
