Tangled

Rapunzel is made out of chocolate and the tower I piped out of icing...

I was asked to make cupcakes and a cake for a young man who is going to the Navy Seals.... I did the Navy Seal emblem on the half sheet with a rope boarder .... and everything in Blue and Gold. I was very honored to do this one....

Strawberry Shortcake Cake

I was asked to make a modern Strawberry Shortcake Doll cake... It was chocolate/white with a strawberry flavored icing...

I made the doll entirely out of chocolate and then added fresh strawberries to add accents .

Strawberry short cake cupcakes

This is my Strawberry short cake cupcake.... its a strawberry cake infused with a strawberry liqueur.. then a whipped cream cheese frosting ...drizzled with a sugar and strawberry puree ... then topped with a slice of strawberry covered in sugar....

I was asked to create Heavy metal cupcakes.... her favorite bands are Trivium and In Flames so I Incorporated both of the names on to the drums and picks

The guitar picksa are made of marbleized fondant , drum is also molded fondant with chocolate drum sticks.. guitar is chocolate and so are the music notes...
